Hannah Dolski

Hannah Dolski is a commercial litigator with experience representing a wide variety of clients in numerous jurisdictions across the Southwest.  Known for her inquisitive nature, Hannah is committed to getting to know her clients and their industries to best help them achieve their goals.  Her practice has focused on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and employment matters.  She is also very experienced handling complex discovery matters and resolving discovery-related disputes.

Hannah’s matters have included:

  • Obtaining summary judgment in breach of contract action
  • Securing dismissal in high-stakes chemical exposure case
  • Protecting trade secrets from discovery
  • Providing up-to-date advice to employers on changing regulations throughout the pandemic
  • Serving as pro-bono counsel in immigration actions, including succeeding in asylum proceeding

Hannah sits on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run and has been a big sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2018.  She is also involved with Arizona’s Pug Adoption & Rescue Network, as a repeat foster-fail.

Born in Canada, Hannah grew up moving around the world with her family, and now spends most of her free time trying to calculate time zones to stay in touch with her parents and sisters in Hong Kong, Italy, Afghanistan, and France.
