Brooks is a litigator who has successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial matters, including construction, real estate, contracts, securities, and other business disputes. Handling matters in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums such as FINRA and the AAA, Brooks is known for his problem solving and strategic approach to litigation. He works closely with clients to understand their businesses and to help them develop efficient and effective legal strategies, whether through advocacy in the courtroom or negotiation in settlement discussions.

Prior to joining Papetti Samuels Weiss McKirgan, Brooks was an associate in the Phoenix office of a national law firm. Brooks has developed a reputation as a rising young litigator in Phoenix, having been recognized as “One to Watch” by the Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation.

Outside of work, Brooks enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylee, and goldendoodle, Annie. He is an avid golfer and regularly competes in “over the line” beach softball tournaments.
