Lauren is a skilled litigator with over a decade of experience handling complex business matters and health care disputes.  She has represented clients across a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from commercial real estate to aerospace to insurance to home construction, and many others.  Clients often consult with Lauren before litigation arises and rely on her ability to dig in, quickly understand, and manage complex disputes and implement creative solutions to avoid litigation, when possible.  When litigation is necessary, Lauren works closely with the client to handle matters efficiently and strategically to resolution.

Lauren has maintained a particularly active health care practice that has involved representing participants in all aspects of the industry, including hospitals, physician groups, individual physicians, and other health care organizations, as well as revenue cycle management companies.  Her deep knowledge of health care law leads clients to regularly seek her advice and counsel on regulatory and compliance issues.  Lauren’s experience has included litigating claims involving contract disputes, business torts, trademark infringement, False Claims Act defense, government and commercial payor audits, AHCCCS policies and payment disputes, and government fraud and abuse investigations, including investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, AHCCCS Inspector General, and Department of Health and Human Services.
