Lindsey Huang has represented companies of all sizes in complex and high-stakes litigation, in state courts and federal courts, and at the trial and appellate levels. Lindsey has assisted clients in a wide range of matters involving, among other things, real estate, water rights, corporate governance disputes, antitrust and governmental investigations, construction liability, and various business disputes. She provides counsel through all stages of litigation, including engaging in discovery, participating in evidentiary hearings, drafting dispositive motions, participating in alternative dispute resolution, and preparing for trial.
Lindsey collaborates closely with her clients to understand their short- and long-term business objectives and to ensure those interests are protected and advanced throughout the litigation process. She is particularly skilled at shepherding a case through the discovery process with an eye toward resolution before trial and has helped secure favorable settlements for multiple clients.
Prior to joining Papetti Samuels Weiss McKirgan, Lindsey was an associate in the Phoenix office of a national law firm. Before that, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Scott Bales of the Arizona Supreme Court. In her prior career, Lindsey worked in law school admissions at the University of Michigan Law School.
Lindsey and her husband enjoy hiking throughout Arizona and traveling with their young son. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys long-distance running, completing 1000-piece puzzles, and tending to her rose garden.
